The Eugene Active 20-30 Foundation is dedicated to supporting non-profit organizations that provide assistance and services to children in the Lane County, Oregon region. Founded in 1997, the Foundation is closely allied with the Eugene Active 20-30 Club, which was founded in 1927.
The Foundation’s eight-member independent Board of Directors has the sole authority to guide the Foundation with two objectives in mind: 1) support child welfare in the community on a current basis, and 2) develop the financial resources to ensure a stable source of funding for child welfare efforts into the future.
The Foundation’s alliance with the Eugene Active 20-30 Club ensures that it will always be able to tap into the dynamic and vibrant core of Eugene’s up and coming civic leaders.
The Foundation plans to strengthen the local community by supplying a stable and sufficient funding source to the on-the-line child welfare organizations that are working with troubled and at-risk youths in the community.
So, what is the Eugene Active 20-30 Foundation? It is the young adults of Eugene-Springfield working to maintain and improve the livability of the community we all enjoy!
